The Senegalese U17 national team is set to compete in the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations U17, hosted by Morocco from 13 May to 2 June 2026. The Lionceaux (Little Lions) are determined to bounce back after a disappointing quarter-final exit in the previous edition.

Under the guidance of former international Lamine Sané, the Senegal U17 squad is on a mission to regain its African title. Drawn in Group D, they face tough opponents: Ghana, South Africa, and Algeria. A single misstep could jeopardize their advancement.
