AS Monaco and Newcastle United have finalized a groundbreaking deal estimated at over €40 million, inclusive of performance bonuses, for the transfer of Aladji Bamba, a 20-year-old French-Guinean midfielder.
Born in Blois, France, to Guinean parents, Bamba has earned a reputation as one of the most promising talents in European football. With the transfer now all but confirmed, the young international is set to complete a medical examination in England before signing a long-term contract with the Premier League side.
