Morocco’s forward-thinking approach to migration management—built on solidarity, shared responsibility, and respect for human dignity—was highlighted on Thursday in Huelva, Spain, by Younes Sekkouri, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills.
Speaking at the forum “Migration Governance and Circular Migration between Morocco and Spain: Keys to a Beneficial Cooperation,” Mr. Sekkouri noted that this humanist migration policy was implemented in line with the High Guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI. He added that this Royal Vision places human capital at the core of public policies and views mobility as a driver of economic growth, skills transfer, and closer ties between peoples.
