Speaking to a packed room of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and private sector representatives, Prime Minister Mambé framed the gathering as a turning point for Côte d’Ivoire’s economic ambitions. « This session marks a critical phase in our consultative process, focusing on investment, enterprise, and value creation, » he stated. « We are here to secure the private capital essential for turning our development vision into reality. »
The Prime Minister highlighted the significance of the event, noting the strong turnout of investors from friendly nations. « Your presence here today reflects the confidence you place in Côte d’Ivoire’s economic potential and growth trajectory, » he said. « You are not just investors—you are key partners in building a more competitive, job-creating economy. »
private sector as the backbone of growth
Mambé underscored the government’s commitment to positioning the private sector as the driving force behind Côte d’Ivoire’s economic transformation. With a proven track record of resilience, the country’s economy has maintained an average growth rate of 6.5% over recent years, placing it among Africa’s most dynamic markets.
« This is a market brimming with opportunity, » he declared. « Today’s discussions will fast-track investments in priority sectors outlined in the PND 2026-2030, including industrialization, local processing of raw materials to boost added value, and the expansion of strategic infrastructure such as transport, digital networks, and logistics. » These initiatives are designed to enhance competitiveness and attractiveness while fostering a more productive and inclusive economy.
He also emphasized the importance of investing in human capital, innovation, and essential services to propel the nation toward higher productivity and sustainable development.
