As the head of government, Ousmane Sonko embodies the very institution of governance, according to Ba. He articulated that any action designed to tarnish the Prime Minister’s reputation or cast a shadow of discredit upon his person is utterly unacceptable. The president of the Forum du Justiciable asserted that the arrest of Ndiaga Seck cannot, under any circumstances, form the basis for attempting to associate him with the Prime Minister in a bid to undermine his standing.

Ba further emphasized that such maneuvers are in direct contravention of the fundamental tenets of the rule of law and should not be tolerated within the judicial landscape of Senegal.
