The disciplinary committee of the French Football League (LFP) has decided to impose a match behind closed doors at the Beaujoire stadium, accompanied by a two-match closure of the Loire stand. The committee also confirmed the score as it stood when the match against Toulouse was definitively halted on May 17 (0-0).
Before the final whistle in the 34th and last matchday fixture, Nantes supporters invaded the pitch and sparked clashes to protest the club’s relegation to Ligue 2. The referee subsequently halted the game.
