Under Decree N°1016/PR/PM/MAEIATE/2026, the following officials have been designated to serve in high-priority locations:
- Paris, France – NADJO KAÏNA as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
- Geneva, Switzerland – BOKHIT ZAKARIA CHAMOU as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
- New York, USA – MAHAMAT SEID BOULAKORO MANGUE as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
- Ottawa, Canada – ADAM KALLY NASSOUR as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
- Pretoria, South Africa – HINIMBI CLEMENT ZAMNA as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
- Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – OUSMAN ALLATCHI BARKAI as Security Attaché at the Chadian Embassy
