Laurent Esso represents Paul Biya at Alexis Dipanda Mouelle body lifting ceremony

Cameroon’s Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals Laurent Esso was at the morgue of Yaoundé General Hospital on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Acting as the official representative of President Paul Biya, the Minister of Justice attended the body lifting ceremony of Alexis Dipanda Mouelle, the First President of the Supreme Court of Cameroon.

Accompanying Minister Laurent Esso was his delegate, also named Laurent Esso, who serves as Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Justice. Several high-ranking dignitaries were present at the ceremony, including Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute and Jean Nkuete, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM).
