Leadership transitions to strengthen public safety operations
The Ministry of Public Security in Chad has undergone a strategic restructuring with the appointment of two key figures to leadership positions. This move aims to enhance the efficiency of public safety institutions across the country.
New leadership takes charge
Mr. Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been appointed as the new Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers. He steps into this role, replacing First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other critical duties within the security apparatus.
In a parallel transition, Mr. Khassim Taha Bouri has been named Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel. His appointment fills the position previously held by Mr. Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been reassigned to new responsibilities.
These strategic appointments reflect the government’s commitment to bolstering public security through experienced leadership and operational efficiency.
