Football enthusiasts may soon have the opportunity to watch a Ligue 1 match without a subscription, broadcast freely, every single week. This significant shift is outlined in a proposed amendment to a bill aimed at restructuring professional sports, currently under review by the National Assembly.
Presently, access to Ligue 1 matches necessitates a subscription to the dedicated Ligue1+ platform, which starts at 15 euros monthly. The platform currently boasts approximately one million subscribers.
