Addressing the audience, Morocco’s Consul General in Düsseldorf, Ms. Boutaina Bouabid, and Mr. Ismail Lamghari, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE), underscored the depth of the strategic partnership between Rabat and Berlin.
